MINUTES OF TOWN OF COON BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING
JUNE 12, 2007
Town of Coon Board of Supervisors met at the Coon Town Hall on June 12, 2007 at 7:30 p.m.
Present: Orlan Bakkum, chairman; Craig Storm and Leon Minor, supervisors; Lorraine Bakkestuen, clerk; Jan L Ihle, treasurer and Dale Haugrud, patrolman.
Moved by Leon, seconded by Craig to approve the minutes of previous board meeting as typewritten by the clerk. All aye. Motion carried.
Treasurer`s report: Previous income.......................................869,802.71

Moved by Craig, seconded by Leon to accept the treasurer`s report. All aye. Motion carried.
Moved by Leon, seconded by Craig to pay all claims. All aye. Motion carried.
Fire calls: State had paid the claim for highway fire call.
Nothing more had been done on Smart Growth.
Discussion on wind generators. If someone came and wanted to build one the township would impose a six month moratorium.
New fire number issued for Rick Jannick(S1969 Strangstalien Valley Rd.)
Clerk was instructed to send a letter to persons owning E6550 Spring Coulee Rd residence stating they were in non-compliance with Town of Coon Zoning Ordinance.
Moved by Leon, seconded by Craig to pay bill from GCR Tire Centers when the bill arrives.
The next regular Town of Coon Board of Supervisors meeting is set for July 17, 2007 at the Coon Town Hall at 7:30 p.m.
Amy Gillespie had trouble with fisherman. She would be told to contact the Fish and Wildlife Department.
Craig would be setting up meetings on wind towers. Dates to be set.
Moved by Craig, seconded by Leon to adjourn the meeting. All aye. Motion carried.
